Our Ceremonies
A South Asian wedding is a week, not a day. We plan every ceremony with the same care, whether it's an intimate ritual for twenty family members or a 300-guest reception.
Where two families formally come together, often with a ring exchange and blessing ceremony. We handle venue selection, seating for both families, ritual staging and photography flow.
A joyful, hands-on ritual applying turmeric paste for blessing and purification, typically outdoors. We plan seating, splash-proof dΓ©cor, coordinated outfits and family flow.
Intricate henna application paired with music, dancing and food. We coordinate artist scheduling, long-application seating, entertainment and catering timing.
A full performance night of choreographed family dances and live or DJ’d music. We manage rehearsal scheduling, stage and sound production, and run-of-show timing.
The groom’s processional entrance, with music, dancing and sometimes a horse or decorated vehicle. We plan route, permits, timing and crowd flow.
Hindu, Sikh & Muslim Ceremonies
A Hindu Vivaah with a mandap and sacred fire, a Sikh Anand Karaj at a Gurdwara, or a Muslim Nikkah and walima: we plan around the specific rituals, officiant requirements and venue needs each tradition calls for.
For couples blending two cultures or faiths into one wedding week, honoring both families’ traditions fully rather than diluting either one.
Bridges ceremony and reception with drinks, passed appetizers and lounge-style design. We plan bar service, menu pairing and layout.
The grand finale: entrances, speeches, first dance, dinner and dancing late into the night. We manage full production and a minute-by-minute run-of-show.
